Associated Builders & Contractors, Greater Michigan Chapter (ABC, GMC) & The Greater Michigan Construction Academy (GMCA) CEO Jimmy Greene announced the promotion of Stephanie Davis to Vice President and Chief Learning Officer of both organizations & the hiring of Catalina Geiger as its Director of Fund Development & Retention Manager.
Ms. Davis joined The Greater Michigan Construction Academy 5 years ago and has been promoted to Education Manager, Director of Education, and the GMCA Vice President. She will oversee the associations leadership, education, safety and marketing functions.
Mrs. Geiger will oversee the association’s funding and financing to supporting the Skilled Trades in Commercial Construction education program. She will be working with local, state and federal entities to insure apprentices are adequately being educated on the newest and best equipment and technologies. She will also oversee the chapter’s retention program dedicated to insuring member companies and education partners alike are receiving a return on their membership investment.
