1. At Home

Complete your enrollment form application:

Click here to complete the free online application.
You will be required to upload a photo of your diploma (GED or transcripts are accepted as well).
Acceptance is based upon successfully passing drug screening and submission of high school diploma, GED, or transcripts
A GMCA representative will call you within 3 business days to verify the enrollment form.
Optional: If you would like to tour the campus, please call 855-832-8879 to set up an appointment.

2. Before Classes Start

Complete free drug test

Contact your location for the drug screening form.

Pay tuition, book & lab fees

Payment must be paid before your first night of class.
Your invoice will be emailed to you approximately 2-3 weeks before each semester begins.
We accept credit, debit, check, and money orders.
GMCA offers a variety of payment options:
Conveniently pay through your emailed invoice.
In person at the office.
By phone at 855-832-8879.
Payment plans are available for tuition costs.

Receive Class Information

Two or three weeks before your class, a confirmation letter will be mailed stating your class start date, location, and time.

3. Your First Class

Get your book
Your book will be distributed at your first class (once payment is received).
Bring a pen/pencil
Remember safety gear
– Wear close-toed shoes to your class
– Other required safety gear will be distributed/provided at your first class

Payment Policy:
Tuition, book, and lab fees are due before the first day of class each semester.

*Classes are held Monday – Thursday from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Students attend class one night a week.

Class availability is subject to enrollment. Students may enroll in more than one craft.

Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2025 a new refund policy will be set in place for all students.

Note: All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school (GMCA). Tuition refunds shall be issued 45 days after notification. Tuition/book refunds will be issued for students who withdraw from the program on the following basis:

Student drops before the first week of class – 100% refund
No show students – 100% refund
100% refund: from the official start date (first class), up until the day prior to the second class.
50% refund: from the second class, up until the day prior to the third class.
No refund: once the third class has started there will no longer be any refunds given.

*22 month Welding Refund Policy

Student drops before the first week of class – 100% refund
No show students – 100% refund at request
After the first week and through 80% of the period of financial obligation, tuition charges retained will not exceed a prorated portion of tuition for the training period completed
After 80% of the class financial obligation is complete, the institution may retain the full tuition
